Erdgeschoss. Mit seiner leicht unordentlichen Art muss man klar kommen. Dafür darf man auch mal Pool, Whirlpool und Sauna mitbenutzen. Müsste aber alles erst mit ihm abgesprochen werden. Parkplatz auf der Straße ist eigentlich immer vorhanden. Öffentlich muss man mit dem Bus nach Zündorf zur SBahn. Supermärkte, Apotheke etc. gibt es im Dorf nebenan, Auto ist von Vorteil. hier gibt es einen Bäcker, ein Büdchen, eine Art Lokal und 2 Restaurants. 2 Kitas, 1 Grundschule. Vermieter ist sehr Kinderfreundlich, auch aufgeschlossen was homo, Trans, quer… angeht.
Miete wird nach unserem Auszug sicherlich etwas angehoben. Momentan zahle ich Warm mit Strom und Heizung 725€ pauschal.
