Der Perlacher Forst ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und Supermärkte wie Edeka, Penny, Aldi sind auch nicht weit. Am Giesinger Bahnhofsplatz (2km weit entfernt) gibt es Drogerien, Apotheken und vieles mehr.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Lungstraße im 1. OG, die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Die Busstation Stadelheimerstr ist direkt hier oder man geht 10 Minuten zum Mangfallplatz (U1) oder 13 Minuten zum St.-Quirin-platz (U1).
Ich möchte diese wundervolle Wohnung schweren Herzens tauschen, weil sie mir zu groß ist.
