nach Südost und somit sehr hell. Aktuell zahlen wir ca 1350€ monatlich inkl. aller Nebenkosten. Die Wohnung ist auf eine Seitenstraße gerichtet, allerdings hört am bei geöffnetem Fenster die Dachauerstraße etwas. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da man keinerlei Geräusche von den Nachbarn mitbekommt. Die Tram-Haltestelle Hochschule München (20, 21) ist 2 Minuten und die U-Bahn Stiglmaierplatz (U1) 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wichtig Diese Wohnung wird derzeit bei Wohnungsswap als Tauschobjekt angeboten, eignet sich also nur für diejenigen, die im Gegenzug eine eigene passende Wohnung für den Tausch haben.
