Die Wohnung ist ein eleganter Neubau direkt am Park: Großes Schlafzimmer, Loggia (Süden), Küche, 2 Bäder, Schlafzimmer und Abstellkammer mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Und natürlich super schnelles WELAN.

Es gibt eine Einbauküche, die auch drin bleiben soll. Wir zahlen momentan mit allem (also Wohnung + NK + Strom + WLAN + Garten + Stellplatz) ca. 1170€ Miete. Es kann sein, dass die Miete erhöht wird. Ich verlasse die Wohnung schweren Herzens, weil meine Mitbewohnerin auszieht und es mich wieder zurück stadteinwärts treibt.
