Clay plaster, wall heating, underfloor heating and oiled wooden floorboards give the apartment a pleasant indoor climate. Some components, such as the interior doors, floors, wall tiles in the kitchen area and the window to the garden (with new double insulating glazing) are original from 1895 and have been carefully restored and integrated into the new design concept.
Some new wooden furniture and the kitchen were designed and made by ourselves.
A new, modern bathroom with tub, walk-in shower and skylight to the kitchen area brings a special flair to the charming old apartment.
