ist insgesamt sehr groß und geräumig, sehr hell, mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, Bad & WC getrennt. Da die WG schon mehrere Rotationen miterlebt hat, befindet sich in der Wohnung alles, was man zum Überleben braucht (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, etc.) und vieles mehr!
Da es aktuell einen kleinen Umschwung in der WG gibt, werden auch noch weitere Zimmer frei. Bei Interesse wäre es daher auch möglich noch ein zweites (etwas kleineres) Zimmer mit dazu zunehmen (Dann müsste man dann halt einfach schauen wie man es preislich untereinander dann aufteilt).

Weil ich ja echt sehr knapp dran bin, kannst du wenn du prinzipiell interesse hast, gerne einfach mal

anrufen und wir können besprechen von wann bis wann du das Zimmer willst (ich kann zB auch noch eine woche länger urlaub machen oder so:D)
Wir haben letzten Monat diese tolle wohnung gefunden & wie ihr an den bildern sicher schon gesehen habt ist die bude noch nicht ganz fertig renoviert, aber wir wohnen schon da und renovieren noch fleißig weiter. Gerade sind noch ein paar Mankos, die Türklinken sind nicht fest, man kann die Zimmer aber schließen und in der Küche ist der Abfluss undicht. Beides ist dem Vermieter bekannt und wird repariert, wir wissen aber leider nicht genau wann. je nach dem würden wir Mietminderung beantragen, die würde ich dir dann natürlich zurück überweisen:)
Das Zimmer gehört zu den beiden „kleineren“ in der Wohnung. E
